Charles Banks relocated to Fresno, California to join the team at Allay Psychological Services, assuming the role of Office Manager and Biller. Prior to joining Allay, Charles earned his bachelor’s degree in English from the historic Morehouse College in 1998. From there, he went on to earn his Juris Doctor from Boston College Law School in 2001. Shortly thereafter, Charles’ career path changed when he became employed by the Benjamin Banneker Public Charter School in Massachusetts. There, he worked as a paraprofessional for six years before being promoted to the Student Support Specialist. In these roles, Charles worked to support students in and out of the classroom setting, providing academic and socioemotional support.  

Charles brings a wide range of talents to Allay and is readily available to clients interested in engaging in services. His laid back demeanor and level of patience make him the ideal first point of contact. When Charles is not at work, he enjoys spending time with his wife and two young children. His hobbies include photography and collecting comic books. Charles is also described as being an amateur film critic. Above all, he is a loyal Boston Celtics and Red Sox fan.
